Arm Club Midlands Show

A quicker reminder...

We though that it would be worth giving everyone a quick reminder about the ArmClub Midlands show - which is coming up within a couple of days of you receiving this issue.

The Show will be held on the 1st of December, Saturday for those without a calender, at the Heritage Motor Centre in Gayden, Warwickshire. This is handily located off the M40 about 20 miles south of Birmingham. You can get there from London in a couple of hours by car.

The show opens at 10:30 in the morning and runs until 4 in the afternoon. Tickets are only available on the door and cost £4.00 for adults. Arm Club and MUG members can get in for only £3.00. Children under 12 will admitted free.

The show is fully booked with all the stands sold out. The list of exhibitor is:

  • CJE
  • APDL
  • RISCOS Ltd
  • RComp
  • Qercus
  • Archive
  • ARM Club
  • MW Software
  • Icon Technology
  • Serious Statistical Software
  • Iyonix Ltd
  • MUG
  • RISC OS Open Ltd
  • Netsurf
  • Fortran Friends

  • RISCOS Now

The show website has all the details including directions for both private and public transport. RISCWorld will be present on the APDL and VirtualAcorn stands, so why not pop along and say hello, or better still why not pop along and get all your RISC OS Christmas present in one go. I'm going to.

About the British Motor Heritage Centre

The show tickets also give every visitor a 10% discount on entry to the Heritage Motor Centre itself. If you have never visited the Heritage Motor Centre then you really should, it's an excellent day out for anyone with the slightest interest in British motoring history. On display are a large number of vehicles covering many manufacturers as well as a number of unique prototypes.
